Cauliflower Mash

Cauliflower Mash

Cauliflower has been this secret fun ingredient  for the past year or so and whenever I find out it's a key ingredient in something I like I get sooo super excited. So when I received one of my meals from my weekly meal prep  (Chef Ed) there was this brownish mush looking side that was honestly a bit off putting, but when I tasted it I couldn't get enough. I requested it all the time.

Recently I did the thing you don't do I  asked Chef for the recipe and he gave it to me.  IT WAS OFFICIALLY LIT. So I happily went to buy the ingredients and of course it was nothing like Chef's but with a few modifications of my own  it was still delicious.

Check out the Chef on his IG

+ 1 heads of Cauliflower (Broken into florets)

+ 1/4 cup of Milk or Cream or Broth (Milk is best)

+ Parmesan Cheese

+ Roasted Red Peppers

+  Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese

+ 1cloves of Garlic

+ Olive Oil

Line a cookie sheet or whatever you use that's flat and edges that are raised. Preheat oven to 400. Toss your cauliflower in the olive oil, or drizzle it on top once you got your florets on your baking sheet. Roast your cauliflower for 30 minutes.  Add all of the ingredients to the food processor.
