Off Shoulder Dress + Fringe Heels

This outfit is the epitome of of Summer nights and if I would have remembered that the Summer Solstice was Monday this would have been the perfect date look. I am so madly in love with this outfit. 

I'm sure if you have been in any mall or shopped at any shops online you have seen a sure influx of off the shoulder tops. So you have to be completely not current to not  know off the shoulder tops are trending, but what they didn't tell you is how versatile they are. This dress had me feeling all romantic and super womanly. 

There is something about having a completely bare collarbone complemented with exposed shoulders. It's sexy. It's sensual.
