T-Shirt Dress + Thigh High Boots

Good Morning,

I'm not really sure if it's morning when you read this, it's actually evening when I write this but let's not focus on the small things. I wanna focus on the fact that I was strolling the mall with bae when I turned and saw the empty space that used to be Forever 21. I swear I felt my heart stop. Now I know this sounds ridiculously dramatic.

I know this.

Ok that's fine.  

What was funny about this or really not so funny is we were actually on our way out of the mall pretty much empty handed because none of the stores we visited had anything in stock in his size or in his size at all. I personally understand this brand of let down because I've been through it and it sucks. Forever 21 plus size section in the physical store was like a little slice of fashion heaven for me.  When I noticed the store was empty I realized I would need to start to going to the department stores and praying for sales along with prayers for my size and hoping for current fashion. F21 was a place I could run in and buy a super simple super inexpensive, basic dress or jeans at  reasonable price but now it's gone. It's not there and I would have to buy online. I really dont hate shopping online but it is nice to have instant gratification of saying man I need something to wear tonight, let me run in here real quick. 

I started thinking wow I'm in a relatively major city in Alabama. I started thinking wow, imagine being from a smaller city. Imagine. I'm not sure I need that kind of disappointment in my life again. What are your thoughts on Plus size in person shopping being so few and far between?

This did happen to force me out of my comfort zone. I did want to point out that Belk in The Summit,  Loft I believe is carrying plus size now, Charlotte Russe in the Brookwood, and Macy's.  Online River's Island is now carrylng plus size too.
