Exercising while Fat Part II
I have somehow found myself exercising 3x a week. I agreed to this after a girl’s night out that included shots and whiskey.
Sometimes it's the only thing I do that makes me feel productive during the passing days.
This is the good thing.
Now the the bad thing.
Now I can't stop judging my body, hating my gut.. I had no plans of changing my body. It just sounded like something fun to do with the ladies. Now I’m paying attention to my weight on the scale. I’m noticing my double chin and how much weight is in my face.
Right now I am gaining weight and that kind of sucks because I was happy at my previous weight. I had been completely okay with looking how I did. Now , I can’t fit in certain outfits anymore and it feels like the only way to change that is to change the lifestyle that I’ve grown to love and I. Don’t. Want. To.
Update 4/1/2021 - I’ve decided that since I don’t want to continue gaining anymore weight I’m going to make some lifestyle changes. I gained 15lbs since 2021 and I just want to get back to my previous weight.
